Almost everyone I sit with has a paid AI plan and a browser full of chats. What they do not have is a place for the work to live, rules the AI reads before it answers, or any memory of what was decided last month.
So every task starts from zero, and every good answer is lost the moment the tab closes.

A plain folder on your own machine. Readable files, no platform to log into, nothing that stops working if a subscription lapses. On your laptop it is simply a folder called your Work OS. You do not need to understand the map below — it is what the set-up looks like inside. In plain words: one folder, a few written rules, and your real projects.

Your Second Brain is a notes app called Obsidian, set up inside your workspace, with a one-click “save this page” button for your browser. When you save an article, it lands as a plain text file you own with its title, source URL, author, date and tags — in your vault, on your disk.
The save button keeps what you saved. It does not judge whether the source is true. That check stays yours, and it is one of the review points we write down.
You can search everything you saved, follow links between notes, and open a map that shows how your notes connect. If you want the graph on a keyboard shortcut, we assign one during setup — Obsidian does not ship a universal one.

We set up the AI tool your job actually needs. Most owners start with Claude, under the plan they already pay for. A second tool (Codex) needs a terminal and its own paid access, so it is only set up if your chosen job truly needs it — and I say so before we start, not after.

For a team rather than one person: a workspace for each part of the business, a small set of helpers built for your work, jobs that hand over to each other, written team rules with a named person who approves each step, training and handover. Delivered as an online workshop, a scoped build, or both. The workshop runs online so everyone works on their own machine and their own connection — venue wi-fi is the usual reason people leave a training day with nothing running.

- Save one article or document into your notes.
- Tidy your notes, or ask them a question.
- Run your chosen job from start to finish.
- Review the output against your own checks.
- Find the last saved known-good copy.
- Explain, out loud, what stays a human decision.

Not the fit
This is not a list of magic sentences to type into ChatGPT, a coding class, a passive-income promise, a certificate, or a business that runs itself while you sleep.
Do not book this if you want it built for you while you watch — that is T3, and it is priced differently for good reason. Do not book it if you cannot give the session your full attention on your own machine.
AI can draft, sort and organise. You still decide what is correct, private, safe and allowed to leave the room.

- ✓You can run it yourself before we finish — I hand over the keyboard and go quiet to prove it.
- ✓If you can’t, you don’t pay. Not a discount, not a credit note.
- ✓Your fee credits 100% into a build within 30 days.
- ✓Nothing touches your live data on the first pass. Read-only, or a copy.
- ✓Still broken in week 2, I fix it free. The check-in is the second half of the guarantee, not a courtesy.
The boundaries
What I won’t.
- ×A percentage. Anyone quoting you “40% more productive” made it up. If one job leaves your week, that is the win.
- ×Revenue, rankings or traffic. I do not know your market or your pricing, and neither does anyone who promises those.
- ×That you can let someone go. This removes repeated typing, not judgment.
- ×That anything sends by itself. Every Desk stops at a person. Nothing publishes, emails or pays without you.
- ×That it never breaks. Tools update. That is why you are taught to fix the small ones.
- ×That one session makes you an expert. It makes you someone with a working system and the habit to keep it.

I’m not technical at all. Is this for me?
Yes. If you have never opened a terminal, we build your Work OS and your Desk in Claude or ChatGPT. You work by clicking and typing normal sentences. Codex stays in the technical track and is only added if your chosen Desk needs it.
Is the founding rate real, or is it always “ending soon”?
Five clients at RM800, then RM1,500. When it’s gone it’s gone, and this page will say RM1,500 instead. I’d rather tell you your number than run a fake countdown.
Why only one Desk? I have four problems.
Because four half-built desks help nobody. One finished Desk teaches you the shape, and the shape is what you reuse. The shape is what you reuse when you build the second Desk yourself — that is the point.
What does it cost to run after the session?
You need a paid plan for the assistant your track uses. That may be Claude, Codex or the ChatGPT plan you already have. Obsidian itself is free for personal use. Prices and limits change, so I confirm your exact account cost before we build.
If a connected service would add another paid plan, I tell you before we touch it.
Is my business data safe?
Everything we build lives in your account, on your machine, under your login. I don’t keep copies. On the first pass nothing sends, deletes or edits — read-only, or a duplicate. If you’re in a regulated business, say so up front and we work on sample data.
Does the Web Clipper check whether an article is true?
No. It saves the page as a Markdown file with its source, author and date. Judging the source is a human step, and it is one of the review points we write into your rules.
Is Git a backup of my business?
No, and I won’t call it one. Git gives you a known-good point to return to for the tracked files in your Work OS — your rules, templates, scripts and small assets. It does not restore an email account, a cloud database or a third-party service. Secrets, browser profiles and large raw media stay out of it deliberately.
Can you come to my office?
Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, yes. Elsewhere in Malaysia, online works just as well — you are on your own laptop either way. The workshop runs online, so location doesn’t matter for it.
What happens if I can’t run it myself at the end?
I fix the blocker before we finish, and if you still can’t run it, you don’t pay. I’d rather absorb an afternoon than have you tell people you paid for something you couldn’t use. That has to be the deal or the guarantee means nothing.
Can I bring my team instead of coming alone?
That’s the workshop — RM3,888 a head, eight people minimum, twelve maximum, run online. Bringing four people to a one-to-one session doesn’t work; everyone ends up watching one person type. Online also means each person builds on their own machine instead of fighting a venue’s wi-fi, and we keep going until each of them can run it.
